Winches such as the Superwinch LT2000 ATV Winch # 1120210 you were asking about are powered by the battery (DC) power of your F-150, and cannot be powered off an AC outlet.
Doing so can damage the winch, so you will need to rewire the winch directly to your battery and test its function. The motorcycle wheel chocks we offer, such as the # TWSPWFKM are compatible with tires up to 6-1/2 inches wide, so they wouldn't be a good alternative for your ATV.
We do have some alternatives that could work well for you though. The # PK-WTD from Pack'Em includes 2 chocks, the strap and mounting hardware. The chocks are permanently mounted, but they only sit about 1-5/8 inches off the floor, so they won't get in the way.

Your best option for constructing a trailer may be to go for a complete axle kit that includes the axle beam, spindles, hubs with bearings, and seals etc. We offer kits and separate components in various bolt patterns.
